Rental Policy

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Pay only 20% now, and the rest at the destination. The 80% discount is considered activated only for the payment of the deposit. *( click the popup to more information ). The total to be paid is the daily cost for the total rental days

• You can cancel up-to 15 days before pick-up and get a full refund. If cancellation is not requested before 15 days, the fee will NOT be refunded. By paying the deposit and accepting these conditions by selecting the flag, a pre-contract is stipulated where the customer is obliged to pay the entire amount of the booked rental, in case of cancellation less than 15 days from the day of pick-up.

• The motorbike we provide requires different licence category B, A2, A depends on the type make sure you book ONLY motorcycles that you can drive with your license, in case of error the deposit will not be refunded.

• You’ll need to be at least 18 years old to rent with 12 months driving experience. ( 21 years old for scooters with only B license )

• A refundable security-deposit is required ( 300€ for scooters , 800 € for motorbikes with credit/debit-card, cash or passport) on pickup.* in case of deposit with credit card the refund can take up to 120 days.

• Mileage included is 150 Km /day for scooters and 350 Km /day for motorbike, excess mileage is charged at 0,50 € per kilometer.

• Delivery/Collection services are for the Airport area, and discretionary. Free Transfer from/to Airport with private shuttle are just for +7 days rental ( no scooters ). The cost of transport to Tirana Airport if not selected will still be calculated separately and is mandatory.

• The rental company does not allow crossing State borders.

• Free inclusions and paid add-ons are subject to availability.

1. Agreement to Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (you), and Mattia Clemente P.F. owner of Moto Rent Albania. trademark, located at LAGJJA 3, RRUGA HAMDI TROPLINI, ZONA KADASTRALE 85- Durres ( ALBANIA ) , concerning your access to and use of the Motorentalbania.com website as well as any related applications (the Site).

The Site provides the following services: Motorcycle rentals. You agree that by accessing the Site and/or Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are prohibited from using the Site and Services and you must discontinue use immediately. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

1.2 The supplemental policies, are expressly incorporated by reference.

1.3 We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version of these Terms and Conditions will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Site represents that you have accepted such changes.

1.4 We may update or change the Site from time to time to reflect changes to our products, our users’ needs and/or our business priorities.

2. Acceptable Use

2.1 You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site and our services available.

3.2 If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account. We may remove or change a user name you select if we determine that such user name is inappropriate.
